This document outlines the rules and regulations for the use of our app and services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries offers the following services via this app:
Packaging Design Services: You can book professional design services to create custom packaging for your products.
Print Services: We provide professional printing services for your approved designs on various materials.
Sales of Carton Boxes & Packaging: You can purchase a range of pre-designed or custom-sized carton boxes and other packaging materials.
Product Portfolio: The app serves as a portfolio to showcase our previous work and capabilities.
Booking Services: You can book consultations or services directly through the app.
You agree to use our app and services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information when booking services or making a purchase.
Ensuring that any content or materials you provide for design or printing (e.g., logos, images, text) do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Your Content: You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to any content or designs that you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Our Designs: Any packaging designs created by Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries for you, upon full payment for the design service, become your property. However, Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries reserves the right to use and display the final printed product in our portfolio and marketing materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
App Content: The app itself, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries and is protected by copyright laws.
All prices for services and products are listed in the app and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is required in full before services are rendered or products are shipped, unless otherwise specified.
For custom services like design and printing, a deposit may be required, which will be outlined in your service agreement.
The app and its services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Al-Ahlia Boxes Industries, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the app; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or property right.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Palestine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the app. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
